My eSIM will not connect: checks before asking for help
Check the country, validity, data line and instructions without deleting the eSIM or buying again.

First, distinguish installation from connection
Having the profile installed does not mean it can connect in every country. Check the plan’s destinations and dates. If you are still at home and your country is not included, no service may be normal. Save the order instructions over Wi-Fi before leaving.
Check which line is using data
In the phone settings, check that the travel eSIM is turned on and selected for mobile data. Turn off automatic switching to the other line to avoid unintended usage. If the instructions say to enable roaming on the travel eSIM, do so only on that line; review the usual line separately.
Do not invent an APN or delete the profile
Use only the APN and settings specified by your provider. Turning flight mode on and off may help the phone register on the network again. Do not delete the eSIM to start over: some can only be installed once, and deleting them may complicate recovery.
What to send to support
With wifi, provide the order reference, country, exact model, error message, and the checks carried out. Do not share the QR code, the activation code, or your card details. If a pending payment appears, wait for confirmation and check before buying again.
Sources and checks
Check your operator’s conditions and your model’s documentation. References: Apple: eSIM on trips and European Union: roaming. The plan data come from Mundi eSIM's catalog and must be confirmed before contracting.
